NOTES FOR GUIDERS

The Centenary Camp is open to all your girls, there will be enough leaders with camp licenses to cover all girls who wish to attend.
Brownies need to be aged 9 – 10 at the time of the event to camp.
Camping and cooking will be in Divisions and a food allowance will be given to each division to purchase shopping.
The cost for leaders will be £55.00, which includes camp fee, Foxlease 24 and transport. Adult food costs to be covered by either, Unit, District or Division at their discretion.

There will be an opening and closing ceremony.
Activities day and evening.
Souvenir and tuck shop open daily.
A chill out zone for Guiders.
A global village.
A challenge badge.
A visitor day for Trefoil, Rainbows and Brownies.
Access to the site for dropping of camp equipment will be from the afternoon of Wednesday 4th August 2010.

Payment
Guiders to collect deposits and bank in their unit account. Cheque for total deposits to be paid to Division by 11th September 2009.
Division to then pay total deposits from units to County by 21st September 2009.

To make Cheque payable to Somerset North Centenary Camp Acc and send to:

Payment of instalments to be banked in the same way as above and sent a.s.a.p. after receiving them.
