Would you like the girls in your unit to “have a go” at Archery?

Information and fees for Archery:

£1.50 per head (maximum group size 12) £5.00 each for lost arrows

Our Archery Leaders all hold current Archery Leader Award Certificates.

It is the responsibility of the Unit Leader booking Archery to provide qualified First Aider and a First Aid kit on site.

The maximum number of participants per session is 12. A session usually lasts around 1 hour.

Please note that for safety reasons Archery requires an open area of grassland with restricted access about the size of a football pitch. If you are not sure if your choice of venue is suitable please contact me. If you want to use an indoor venue again there are safety restrictions, so please contact me to discuss if the venue is suitable.

For each group booking Archery, there must be at least one adult leader who knows the participants taking part. This leader should remain with the group at all times to supervise them, enabling the instructors to concentrate on teaching Archery.

When filling in the booking form, please give more than 1 possible date, particularly for larger groups where more than 1 instructor will be needed.
Fees are to be paid on the day of the shoot, cheques made to be payable
to “Girlguiding Somerset North (Outdoor Activities)” please.
