Hello there, I’m Tracy Higgins, also known as Tigi, and I am the Somerset North Rainbow Adviser.

Rainbows have recently been celebrating 20 years of Rainbows and although I haven’t been a Rainbow Guider quite that long I do have a few years experience and am still an enthusiastic Rainbow Guider over in Blagdon.

With the change in the Rainbow Programme 2 years ago we will be evaluating the new programme in 2008 and I hope to hear from all the Units in Somerset North as to what they like about the new programme.

In my role as Rainbow adviser I get to pass your views and thoughts onto Region about all things Rainbow and I am also here to  help and support  all the Rainbow Guiders in County whether that be in  arranging County and Division Rainbow events or more directly helping a new unit get off the ground.
