IT'S THE 'OUT-OF-DOORS-MAKE-A-MUSICAL-NOISE' TRAINING!

Saturday June 4th
Come JUST for the morning (£5) - or come all day (£7.50)
(We're going to construct a tin pot band during the afternoon!)
Music is FUN!... so how can we use it on camp, on holidays or in the out-of-doors?

Campfire Sings - do you need to widen your girls' repertoire? Have you got songs/stories to share?

How about boomwhackers? Come and have a go... they are great fun for a six/patrol!

How about drums? Make your own.. or book up a drumming evening/afternoon?

How about a tin pot band? - loads of noise, but a fab way to practise your pioneering skills.. and get rhythm going!

Ocarinas can be learnt with a book... (patrol competition?) - keeps them busy (if NOT quiet!) for AGES!

Dances set to songs - don't we love a good performance when we're away with the girls!

Wide games using musical 'jingles' - wicked!

Musical stories under canvas while the rain hammers down... (surely not THIS year!!) - moody!

Songs late at night - all sitting in a circle in your biggest tent - hilarious circular/action songs!

Carnival/Fiesta Theme - with a parade - Samba band - wild costumes...? - they'll never forget it!

There are MANY ways to make music happen while you're away or outside with
Rainbows/Brownies & Guides; these are just a few!
Fill in the attached form if you're interested... we do need a minimum of 10 to make the day possible...
