We are invited to join Avon Scouts at their County Jamboree!

This will be held at Woodhouse Park, Almondsbury-from 27^th-30^th May. and is open to Brownies aged 9 and over, Guides, Senior Section and leaders.

It promises to be a busy and active site-based camp, with a great selection of activities on offer, from outdoor cooking to “ice” skating,crafts, scuba diving, archery,carnival,Zorbing, Snow boarding, music, dance, climbing,and many challenges and adventures themed around the 4 Seasons, plus a full evening programme.

Cost is £50 per girl ,to cover all activities,Necker & badge, fees and food. Leaders £32.50- Transport is not included, and will need to be arranged by Units.

We will be camping in Divisions with our Scout Districts to form sub-camps, and catering will be provided centrally for each subcamp ,so no shopping and cooking!

Leaders are asked to accompany their girls, but no camping qualifications are needed. It will be a good opportunity to get some camping practice for Guiders planning to take Residential qualification!  No forms required, apart from the usual health forms, (and permission from parents/guardians for your unit records)!!
